Lori's Story

Lori Alexy is the Vice President, Client Services at HJMT COMMUNICATIONS, LLC.  She helps to oversee all four departments and works very closely with the entire staff. She also helps to ensure client satisfaction.  Lori has been with the firm for more than four years and has organized many successful events including: American Lung Association Asthma Walk, Long Island Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Black Tie Gala and Long Island Business News Golf Outing.

Lori comes to HJMT COMMUNICATIONS, LLC with experience in radio and event planning. Prior to HJMT, she worked at WOR 710 AM in the News Department. There she gathered and prepared news stories off the AP wire, conducted phone interviews with entertainers and officials in the New York area, and wrote and produced radio segments. She also worked for a local Pennsylvania radio station, WVYC, where she supervised 15 employees and managed all administrative duties at the station. She was also involved in getting grants and sponsorships for the station. In college, Lori was the Vice President of Phi Sigma Sigma, International Sorority. In this capacity, she organized events and supervised volunteers.

Lori, graduated from York College of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and Public Relations. Lori is a member of the Board of Directors for Literacy Nassau..
