HJMT Launches New Media Division
HJMT is staying on top of the latest trends in technology with the launch if their New Media Division.  The New Media Services will be offered to clients as an added value to their current marketing and publicity efforts and will not be any additional cost.  Services can include blog writing and postings, placements with online publications, podcasts, web videos, social networking and other services.

Topper Speaks to Attorneys....
Hilary JM Topper gave a presentation today to nearly 30 attorneys at State Bank of Long Island in their Jericho Office.  Her presentation consisted of case studies, group activities and focused on marketing one's business.

Topper Publishes a Chapter....
HJMT's CEO, Hilary JM Topper, MPA, recently wrote a chapter on how to create customer mindshare for a public relations book which will be published this fall.  The article is a "how to guide" on branding your product or service and discusses various techniques to make sure that your product or service stays in the minds of the consumer. Pollo Campero GOP
The day before the grand opening of Pollo Campero, a Latin American franchise restaurant, HJMT staff dressed as chickens and delivered chicken to the media to get them to taste the chicken and cover the grand opening of the new Hempstead location.  As a result of HJMT's efforts, Latin American and Hispanic media attended and covered the event.

HJMT hits the streets of NYC with
On July 6, HJMT hit the streets of NYC dressed as "Marilyn Monroe" in an effort to promote Olan's new Art Show, "Ironic," which will run the entire month of July 2007at the Ward-Nasse Gallery in SOHO.

NAWBO-LI GALA HAS RECORD BREAKING TURNOUT!
HJMT COMMUNICATIONS, LLC organized and coordinated the 2007 NAWBO-LI ANNUAL GALA.  This year gala, "Lighting the Way for Women in Business," had a record breaking turnout.  The sold out event honored five individuals.  Cocktails and hors deourvres were served outside on the patio at the Fox Hollow Country Club, while a full course dinner was served inside.  More than 275 people attended and everyone had a great time!

In My Hands Reading Huge Success!
On May 9th, "In My Hands," a staged reading produced by Invictus Theater starring four time Tony nominated actress, Tovah Feldshuh was held at the JCC in Manhattan.  “In My Hands” is the true life account of 19-year-old Irene Gut Opdyke’s heroism during World War II, as she risked all to save the lives of twelve Jewish refugees who fell under her care.  Oscar nominated screenwriter, Dan Gordon (whose numerous credits include ‘The Hurricane’ with Denzel Washington) has adapted her powerful story for the stage. HJMT is the agency of record for Invictus Theatre.  Our firm had placements in Timeout NY, Village Voice and John Stanisci and Tovah Feldshuh appeared on the Joey Reynolds Show on WOR promoting the reading.

ALL OF OUR SCHOOL AND LIBRARY BUDGETS PASSED!
Five out of the five school districts and libraries that HJMT represents passed their bugets this evening.  HJMT prepared newsletters, sent information to the media, placed ads and helped with a community service campaign and the efforts paid off.   Special thanks to all the HJMT staff for all their hard work and efforts!

LRF's First Gala Raises $500,000....
More than $500,000 was raised for the Lymphatic Research Foundation (LRF) first gala.  HJMT COMMUNICATIONS, LLC organized the entire event from "soup to nuts!"  The event, held at the Oheka Castle on Thursday, May 10th, was a sell out. More than 450 people attended the event.  The HJMT staff, dressed as lab technicians, helped guests with registration, raffles, silent auction and more! 

2007 Asthma Walk Huge Success with HJMT's Help!
The 2007 American Lung Association of NYS Asthma Walks were a huge success.  There were three walks held around NY state -- Rochester, Utica/Syracuse and Long Island.  On Long Island the goal was $56,000.  We exceeded the goal and raised more than $70,000!

Things Always Come in 3's!
HJMT announces three new things!  First, the firm  just opened office space in Manhattan at 575 Madison Avenue in New York City.  The office will enable the firm to be closer to their NYC clients.  Second, HJMT just completed and launched a new web site and lastly, the firm turns 15 this year!
